Fontana Unified School District’s Master Plan for English Learners was developed with the dedicated effort and collaboration of the following teachers, administrators, support staff, and parents. We wish to acknowledge the dedication and commitment of those who volunteered countless hours during the 2007–2008 school year developing this Master Plan for English Learners.
